» What are the check in and check out times?
Check out is before 11.00 allowing our new guests to check in at 13.00.

» Do the rooms have air-conditioning and if so does it cost extra?
All rooms at the budget Hotel Emmaus in Rome are air conditioned at no extra charge.

» Is the hotel on many floors and if so do you have a lift?
The hotel is on 4 floors all accessible by lift.

» Are there TVs in the rooms with foreign satellite television channels?
Yes, all guestrooms come with satellite colour TV with foreign channels.

» Are there more quiet and romantic rooms?
We have more quiet rooms with a view over the courtyard and more romantic rooms with a view of the Vatican.

» Does the hotel have Internet or email facilities?
Yes. FREE Internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the rooms. You can also use our Internet point connection located near the Reception which also feature a printer for your own needs.

» Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest urban railway station is San Pietro, around 5 minutes walk away, connecting with Trastevere or the coast. Termini Central Station is six stops on the metro.

» Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, German, Spanish and Italian are all spoken at the Emmause Hotel reception.

» Is breakfast included in the price?
A buffet breakfast is included in the price as is service and all taxes.

» Is the price quoted per room or per person?
The price is per room but includes a continental buffet breakfast

» When do we pay the bill?
The bill is usually settled on departure but if you’d like to pay in advance you can.

» Do the rooms have balconies or terraces?
Only one guestrooms has a balcony – subject to availability.

» Do you have non smoking rooms?
Yes, we have non smoking rooms.

» Do you have direct dial telephones in the rooms?
Yes, each room has its own direct dial telephone.

» Do you have a swimming pool?
No, but our Concierge Service will be happy to point you in the right direction.

» Is there a secure garage or parking facilities available?
There is a nearby private garage available.

» How far away are the Airports?
Both Leonardo Da Vinci and Ciampino airports are around 25 to 30 kilometres away, or about an hour’s drive making allowances for the traffic.

» Can you arrange pickup services from the airport?
Upon request a pick up or drop off service can be arranged with a private company.

» How far away are the nearest bus and metro stops?
We have a bus stop twenty metres from the hotel to take you across the River Tiber. The nearest metro stations is about 15 to 20 minutes walk.

» Do you have a gym or fitness centre in the hotel?
No, sorry.

» Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome.

» Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, but there are plenty in the area.

» Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room?
Yes you can, although be sure to bring an ADSL cable. if not please use some of the many neighbouring internet cafes which have sprung up all over Rome and particularly near tourist hot spots like St Peter’s and the Vatican City.
