Lying a mere one hundred yards from Piazza San Pietro and the spiritual home of the Catholic Church, there is no 3-star Hotel in Rome as well placed as the Hotel Emmaus for great access the Vatican and all its treasures.

We arrived in the dark and when we woke up the next morning were so surprised how close the Vatican was . Our room was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Nothing too special but was perfect for our needs. The front desk people were super helpful with anything we needed and advice.

Simple have it benefits. If you are looking for the modern facilitated hotel...then don't look at this wonderful hotel. This is truly back to good old days hotel starting with the lift. What this hotel may lack is made up with the wonderful staffs and location. I will definitely come back again with my groups.

Emmaus: Great Location & Service
The staff at the Emmaus hotel are very easy to work with and were very welcoming and helpful to our group. The proximity of the hotel to the Vatican city is incredible. The rooms are all unique and charming.
